Cribbage is the classic two-player card game scored on a peg board. Each of you gets six cards and throws two into the dealer's crib. Then you take turns laying cards and calling the count, scoring for fifteens, pairs, runs and thirty-one, before counting your hands with the starter card. The first to peg 121 points wins, and beating someone by more than 30 is a skunk.
Here you play against the computer at easy, medium or hard. Every hand is counted for you and shown line by line, "fifteen two, fifteen four, and a pair is six", so you learn to count as you play. A free coach works out every possible starter and crib before grading your discard, and rates each card you peg. Every deal comes from a provably fair shuffle.
