Okey is the tile game played in every Turkish coffee house: 106 numbered tiles in four colors, a rack of fourteen, runs and sets, and a wild tile decided by the indicator. Play a four-seat table against the computer at three levels.

The deal is provably fair: the shuffle is sealed with a hash before the hand and the seed is revealed afterwards, so you can recompute the order of all 106 tiles. A free coach grades each discard, warns on draws, sorts your rack and shows how far you are from going out. No ads next to the table, no coins, no account.

Rules in short: draw a tile from the stock or take the previous player's discard, then discard one. Arrange fourteen tiles into runs (same color, consecutive) and sets (same number, different colors), or seven pairs, and finish by placing your last tile on the finish spot.

How to Play

Tiles

106 tiles: 1–13 in four colours (two of each) plus two false jokers. The tile one higher than the indicator (same colour) is the okey, a wild tile. A false joker only stands in for the okey's own value.

Turns

On your turn, draw from the stock or take the previous player's discard, then discard one tile. The first player starts with 15 tiles and only discards.

Hands

Run: 3+ consecutive tiles of one colour (12-13-1 allowed, 13-1-2 not). Set: 3 or 4 tiles of the same number in different colours. The hand is complete when all 14 tiles form groups, or you hold 7 pairs; you win by discarding the 15th tile to the middle.

Scoring

Everyone starts with 20 points. A normal finish costs the others 2 points; finishing by discarding the okey, or with pairs, costs 4. Showing the indicator's twin at the start of the round costs the others 1. A player reaching zero drops out; the two highest scores win.

Fair deal

At the start of every round you see the hash of the shuffle seed; at the end the seed is revealed. You can verify yourself that the deal was fixed in advance and never changed.
